Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number are included in your order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS OR SHIP COD (Cash On Delivery). We cannot guarantee immediate availability of the product at the time we receive your payment and order summary.
 
  Cancellation Policy
  If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, no restocking fee is charged. If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you must notify us of your intent to cancel and we will charge you for the shipping cost of the order. If delivery is attempted, you must refuse the parcel; once it is received back into our receiving department and processed, we will make the shipping adjustment to your order. The difference will be credited to your account upon receipt and processing of the refused product.
 
 Sales Tax
 

Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered within the state of Missouri.
   
  International Orders
 

International orders are not accepted. Only US and Canadian orders will be processed.

  All credit card orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on products in stock, on any business day, will normally be shipped that same day by UPS, subject to credit approval. If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please make this clear; otherwise shipping may be delayed due to verification requirements. We encourage our customers to use the same billing and shipping address, if possible.

UPS Next Day delivery is available in most areas of the contiguous United States.

NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you require your product to go to a P.O. Box you will receive it in 5-7 business days via United States Postal Service.
